In this document (hereinafter referred to as the “Document”), the terms of exchange of personal information and confidentiality between cdlseabreeze.az (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) and the user of the Website (the subject) are outlined. The owner of the personal data, the trademark “SEA BREEZE,” and the domain name cdlseabreeze.az (hereinafter referred to as the “Owner”) is a legal entity of the Republic of Azerbaijan, LLC “NARDARAN INVEST.” The Owner hereby states that the collection of personal information from the subject, such as first name, last name, patronymic, phone number, or email address, is conducted for the purpose of informing potential clients about commercial offers and will be used by the Owner or the operator for these specified purposes. The placement of personal data by the subject on the site is based on the principle of voluntariness and is protected by the Owner and the operator from the moment of provision. By providing personal information on the site, the subject consents to the collection, processing, and storage of such information by the Owner or the operator. The personal information provided by the subject (first name, last name, patronymic, phone number, and email address) is protected by the Owner in accordance with Article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Personal Data.” Except in cases provided for by Article 13 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Personal Data,” confidential personal information may be provided to third parties only with the consent of the subject. Regarding the resource of personal data owned by the Owner, the Subject has the right to:

• Receive information from the Owner or operator about the existence of personal data about them;
• Demand a legal basis for the collection, processing, and transfer to third parties of the existing personal data about them, and obtain information about the legal consequences that may arise for the subject due to the collection, processing, and transfer of this data to third parties;
• Familiarize themselves with the content of the personal data accumulated about them in the personal data resource;
• Know the purpose of collecting and processing personal data about them, the timeframes, methods of processing, and the categories of persons authorized to access their personal data, including information systems that involve information exchange;
• Demand changes, and except for cases established by law, the destruction of any collected personal data about them, as well as submit a request for the transfer of this data to the archive in the established procedure;
• Demand a prohibition on the collection and processing of personal data about them;
• Receive information about the sources of any collected personal data about them and demand proof of the legality of this data;
• Demand the protection of any collected personal data about them;
• Exercise other rights established by the Law and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

The personal data of the subject collected by the Owner is stored in the personal data resource created by the Owner. The meanings of the key terms used in this Document correspond to the meanings given in the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Personal Data.” The subject, by placing personal information in the appropriate manner on the Website, thereby expresses consent to the terms of this Document.
